READY for the Future Day Year 8 Trip to Blueprint

Yesterday we took 15 Year 8 students who are involved in the development of a new LRC space at Lancaster to visit the professional offices of Blueprint Interiors in Ashby. Chairman Rob Day introduced the students to his team who were able to take time out of their day to give them a taster of the jobs they do within the business. The activities of the day, focussed around how a company like Blueprint make themselves READY, introduced students to the working life of the business and how the beautifully designed space functions as a working environment.

All the participants were engaged and enthusiastic about being able to work with the team and generated ideas to be brought back to Lancaster to develop the LRC design further. A very positive and insightful day.
