READY for the Future Day @ Bradgate Park 

An excellent day was had by all Year 7 students at Bradgate Park today, the weather was beautiful, we got to see lots of different groups of deer, Old John was open and we were able to go inside and have a tour of the building. Students were able to speak to park rangers and ask them about their jobs and why they enjoyed them. We also did our bit for the environment and picked up other visitors’ rubbish. It was a joy to watch Year 7 students build their confidence skills whilst completing their tasks, they said hello to members of the general public, supported their groups with finding information and generally supported each other on their specific routes around the park. They should sleep well tonight!
